Our hot wire cutting equipment handles large-format foam boards up to 4 ft × 8 ft. We can cut to virtually any custom thickness, taper, or profile — ideal for architectural shapes, HVAC duct insulation, packaging inserts, and specialty construction applications.

Top-Side Adhesive Coating
We apply pressure-sensitive adhesive to one or both faces of foam board panels, with optional facing materials including kraft paper, foil, and polyethylene film. Used for self-adhering insulation assemblies, roofing applications, and prefabricated wall panels.

Planer Milling
Our planer milling service removes material from foam board surfaces to achieve precise thickness tolerances. Ideal when standard board thicknesses don't match your design requirements, or when surface quality is critical for lamination or adhesive bonding.

Multi-Blade Routing
Our multi-blade routing setup can rip foam boards into strips, channels, and custom widths in a single pass. Used for insulation strips for window and door framing, channel panels for radiant floor systems, and custom-width boards for specialty applications.
